Last night kicked off a weekend full of rock & roll, hip-hop, alternative music, and just good old-fashioned fun in Hollywood!! The Sunset Strip Music Festival has officially started!!

The world famous Sunset Boulevard has turned into a musical stage this weekend for a variety of musical acts. Artists such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Kid Cudi, Semi Precious Weapons, Common, Travie McCoy, and Slash featuring Myles Kennedy with an appearance by Fergie are just a few of the 50+ bands performing. Who are you looking forward to hearing at SSMF? I can’t wait to hear Kid Cudi, Common, and Travie McCoy!!

Tonight there will be performances at a number of clubs including House of Blues, Roxy Theatre, and the Viper Room. On Saturday the street festival will have outdoor stages on Sunset between San Vicente and Doheny, performances in the venues, vendors and interactive experiences all day on The Strip.
